Common questions
Where is my data stored?
Your themes, practice records, and reflection notes are stored locally on your device in the current version. The app does not require an account.
How do I remove my records?
Delete Three Cultivations from your device to remove its local app data. The current version does not keep a server copy.
How do I change the weekly focus?
Open the Me tab, choose Choose this week's focus, and select another local theme.
How do I report a problem?
Open a support request on the project's GitHub issue tracker. Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include private reflection notes or other sensitive information.
